Our guest speak:

Peter and Manoj - Tina and I have now returned to a cold and cloudy Ireland from our wonderful trip to Kerala.
I would just like to thank Peter for the service that he provided in general and sorting out the change at short notice to our itinerary at Chinnar/Munnar. It was wonderful to meet you and your wife at Thattekad.
Peter - we were especially impressed by the driver you arranged for us - Vipan (hope I have spelt that correctly) was genuinely caring and helpful and great company. And an especially huge thanks to him for accommodating my spur of the moment diversion to Nelliyampathy for Lion-tailed Macaque - picture attached - I didnt stop smiling for a week!!!!!!
I would have no hesitation in using Peter's company again on our (hopefully) next visit to Kerala or indeed in recommending him to friends and family.
Many thanks Manoj for putting the itinerary together for us - it really worked out very well (well apart from Chinnar but we choose it and no-one could have anticipated the heat).
Until our next India trip, Wishing you both the very best

I think we are still in a daze after such a fantastic holiday, so sorry for not replying.
Of course we will be delighted to write the review. Thank you so much for your perfect organisation of our trip. Truly an amazing experience all bound together by your immaculate administration. When I close my eyes, I still see India, such is the power of the experience we have had. Very warm regards to you and Lissie and please pass on our regards and thanks to Mr. Julius for making our Ooty stay so memorable. An excellent guide.

We are now back at home and wish to thank you for a well organised, wonderful holiday. We loved India and all our locations.
Our driver was really good, so helpful and knowledgeable. Pauline and Roger also wish to thank you for organising the cake for their anniversary.
I will compose a review as I cannot praise the holiday and organisation enough so thank you once again.

We have travelled to India a couple of time with formal groups but this time thought we would like to see areas of India not necessarily on the tourist trail. We had met Peter Damian from Imagesindia when he had been involved with a previous trip to Kerala, so approached him directly to put together a trip of a lifetime in North India. He presented us with an imaginative programme, arranged every moment of our trip – drivers, guides, hotels, transport and we were able to travel at our own pace not with big group. Everyone we met or came into touch with had been fully briefed by Peter to ensure that we saw the very best of every destination. It was the best organized holiday I have ever had – Peter was professional and really knew his stuff! He checked in by phone with us at every destination and could not have been more helpful, a true professional. He is an impossib le act to follow – we’ll have to go back to India.

Once again we would like to thank you for arranging an amazing tour for us on our reasonably tight budget. We were delighted from the start of our trip to find that you had arranged a room in Mumbai with fine view over the city of the Taj Hotel. The train journey from Mumbai to Kolkata was fascinating as we watched rural India fly by and chattered to people in our carriage.
The obvious highlight for me was returning to Assam and visiting places from my early life – memories came flooding back of my idyllic childhood. Our guide and driver, Pradip Chetry and Ayes Khan, could not have done anymore to ensure that this was a trip of a life time. I am deeply grateful to them both and to all the lovely Assamese people who made us so welcome.
After 5 weeks of crises crossing this vast country it was lovely to finish off relaxing on our private houseboat in your local backwaters at Alleppey. We felt like royalty as we deck in our comfortable chairs drinking tea and eating fresh banana fritters. And finally we arrived in Cochin where we shared an amazing evening with a few our tourists and watched Caitlin help prepare a delicious meal.
We would be delighted to recommend you to any of our friends who wished to travel independently.

My first travel to India was a perfect 25th wedding anniversary with a friendly driver from the beginning to the end. My husband and I really enjoyed, and we want to go back again! Thank you Peter and all other members. If you are looking for a perfect one ask Peter, he is so reliable and friendly.

Having been to Kerala twice on standard tours, we decided we wanted to do something different this time. We asked Peter to organize a tour for us with 'local' stays and different activities, together with some of the 'must dos' such as a houseboat (the best one we have stayed on). Peter organized a superb tour, with stays at some wonderful home stays, local cookery lesson, canal boat trip, cycling etc. We had a brilliant driver. At every destination Peter was on the phone to check everything was ok. We will definitely use Peter again, the question now is North India, Sri Lanka or Kerala....or maybe all three!

Your organization was first class, your assistance invaluable and your knowledge brilliant. Every step of the way we were guided and driven well, we were welcomed at every hotel like old friends and nothing was left to chance. We cannot thank you enough for all you did to make this the very best holiday ever.
We would have one complaint though... everywhere we stayed we said...”We should have stayed an extra day! ”You had chosen fascinating places to visit where we felt we had only touched the tip of the iceberg and there were lots more things to explore – time is always against us!
Thank you, thank you; thank you... is there a Trip advisor for Travel Agents?
We will have no hesitation in recommending your services to friends in the future – and know there may well be another trip to be planned with your services to friends in the future – and who know there may will be another trip to be planned with you after all India is certainly a wonderful country to visit .Thank you for everything.

We cannot tell you how grateful we are for the time you devoted to organizing the amazing destinations we have visited over the last few weeks. It has been our pleasure to have met you and to have been able to get to know you as the trip was progressed but to have also had the opportunity to have met your son and daughter in – law who were so kind and welcoming. We have had an amazing experience and look forward to telling everyone at home the adventures we embarked on this summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and managed to glimpse the way of life in Kerala, talked to many people and had lots of good experiences. We got on really well with Hari the driver/tour guide and found him courteous at all times. Actually we were impressed with the timings of the trip generally.
Whether we come again remains to be seen, as there are so many places visit, but we will keep your card and who knows? Thanks again.

Louise and I would like to thank you for our recent trip to Kerala. It was fascinating to see such a different culture from our own. There were many surprises and eye opening events during our trip.
Here are a few observations we made regarding the trip.
There was a lot crammed into the 9 days and the Indian driving is every stressful for us from the UK! It might have helped to have a two day stop in the middle of the trip to help settle our nerves. Both drivers were excellent though. The second driver we only had a couple of trips and he was very competent and safe. Hari we had for most of the time and he is a great asset for you. It was a surprise to us to find the hotels, apart from the Fort Queen did not serve alcohol. We are not big drinkers but a cold beer at the end of a hot day is most welcome! The home cooking visit was great and the food was delicious. The time between the Elephant ride and the boat trip at the Tiger Sanctuary was too tight and we had to run to catch the boat! Thank you for arranging the room change at the hotel in Munnar.
To sum up we both hugely enjoyed the trip. The place is fascinating and the food was wonderful especially the fish dishes we had in Kovalam. The people we met were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. We have only good memories to savior.
Just a line to thank you for organizing a memorable holiday for us. As newcomers to south India we were thoroughly impressed with the places, people and things we saw. The food to was a joy. Touring aspect of the first week was a particular joy and it was interesting to see such a diverse places. We come home to find that we missed some of the coldest March weather………Mike Newth /March 2013UK.
We had wonderful tour of Mumbai. Our guide and driver there were good. Guide Rajesh was excellent and Munna driver in Varanasi was very kind. The special masala tea Rajesh got for us in Sarnath was exceptional. Our overnight train to Delhi was a new experience but could not see the villages due to night train. The guide and driver in Delhi; name difficult to remember were always on time. They helped us to bargain shops. We are happy. Our room in Ganga Kinare-Haridwar was wonderful. We could see the Ganges from our room. The day train to Agra was crowded. Lot of people. We had feeling of rural India. The Taj Mahal, an unimaginable beauty. We’ll come back to see this beauty on full moon. Jaipur with the palaces and havelis beautiful. Hotel Narayan Nivas was beautiful and guide Rakesh wonderful person and very reaching. Thank you for organizing a memorable holiday for us……………Thomas William-2012/United Kingdom.
We had an almost perfect holiday, thanks. All the hotels were clean and comfy and all the staff very helpful. Rajesh was very careful & a good driver at all times we enjoyed his chat and knowledge. He suggested two very good local evening entertainments which were amazing. The two guides were full of knowledge & excellent. Over all it was a memorable holiday….Janet & Derek Person-Apr 2014/UK

We have arrived safely home after a wonderful tour of Kerala. Thank you very much for your entire organization and for your concern to make things right for our trip. Thank you too for beer in the fridge and arranging for the washing after the problems on the boat. That was appreciated. The hotels were perfectly adequate, and all that we expected given the price of the trip.
Just thought I would drop you a quick mail to say thanks for everything, we had a wonderful holiday in Kerala and that was down to the preparation you had done to make our trip smooth and exiting. Our driver Renjith was brilliant and looked after our every need and I would recommend both your company and his services to anyone thanks again for some wonderful memories…Roy & Carol Wallace /Nov. 2013
Thank you so much for locating my Diary. I was really lost without it. We have really enjoyed our holiday and will look on your website to book another one next year. Thanks again for all your help…Doyle /UK Nov. 2013

We had an almost perfect holiday, thanks. All the hotels were clean and comfy & all the staff very helpful. Rajesh was a very careful and a good driver. He suggested 2 very good local evening entertainments which were amazing. The 2 guides were full of knowledge and their English was excellent. Our last driver was not so good; he was very tired and yawned on the transfer all the way from the houseboat at Alleppey to the hotel at Kovalam. I am sorry it was necessary to wake you early morning when he failed to arrive at 4 am, the correct time to take us a trolley and went. Perhaps he had not been told we flew Domestic and we assumed the two were together as at Delhi. The police at the airport advised us to get a Taxi to the Domestic airport and as we are already late it was a worrying journey. Once we were checked in safely we got over the rush….Janet & Derek Person /UK apr.2013
Thank you for organizing such a splendid “Kerala Escapade” for Joy and myself. We should have stayed longer! Firstly, all of the drivers were very prompt and skilful. The hotels were all adequate – the food was particularly good at the Fort Queen. Our favorite was the lodge at Thekkady. The sitting of the Jasmine palace at Kovalam was excellent – near the beach and all the restaurants and activities, but just far enough away from the noise and bustle – ideal. The highlight, of course, was our trip on the rice barge- again we should like to have done that for couple of days. The best food ever – especially the tiger prawns cooked by our personal chef……Geoff Lakeman /UK

We both enjoyed our tour of Kerala very much indeed. It was an interesting insight into the culture and amenities of this region. Firstly our driver was a kind, considerate and helpful person whose local knowledge is invaluable. The hotels were all comfortable. The cooking lesson was excellent. The houseboat trip was wonderful and food on board varied and the portions generous. All in all it was a good mix of sights and experience that we have been lucky to have…Paul Alridge/UK May 2013

Thank you so much for organizing our travel, hotels and visits in India. We have all had so many new experiences which we shall always remember. It was lovely to have you and Lissy as our escorts throughout (we couldn’t have dealt with porters in Delhi!). We felt very well looked after and safe with your nearby. If any of us came back to India in the future we shall know who to contact if we want any arrangements made! Meanwhile we look forward to seeing you in London (here are some pictures to tempt you) and of course in Alton.
With thanks and our best wishes to you and Lissy.
Thank you for organizing a wonderful tour of India for me. I realize how difficult it can be due to weather and transpiration limitations. I had a view of India very few will enjoy. Until we meet again, thanks……Rev. Bob – 2011/ USA
